Before you sign up

The practical questions principals ask before the first shoot.

What do you need from us to get started?
Full admin access to your Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads and Google Business Profile, plus around half a day a month on-site for the shoot. We'll confirm exactly what to grant during set-up.
What's the £250 set-up fee for?
It covers the account audit, connecting every platform properly, loading brand assets, setting the compliance baseline, and building the first month's content plan ahead of the first shoot.
We already use a marketing agency or freelancer for social — can you take over?
Yes. It's the practice's responsibility to ensure you have full access to all your existing social media accounts before we start.
We don't contact, chase or negotiate with a previous agency on your behalf, and we can't take responsibility for delays caused by a previous agency withholding admin access to your accounts. Once you've confirmed full access, we take it from there.
Will you change or delete anything a previous agency built?
No. We don't edit, delete or take over existing ad accounts, historical posts or past campaigns. We build forward from the access you give us, on top of what's already there.
Is the content actually GDC and ASA compliant?
Every asset is gated against the GDC Standards for the Dental Team and the ASA CAP Code before it's published, covering claims, before-and-afters and testimonials specifically.
What do we need to provide on the shoot day?
A room or two to film in, roughly half a day of access, and whoever's on camera that month, usually you or a team member. We bring the plan and the equipment.
Can we cancel or change tier?
It's a simple monthly agreement with no 12-month lock-in, and you can move between tiers as your practice's needs change.
Is our ad spend included in the monthly fee?
No. Our fee covers management. Ad budget is paid directly to the platforms on an account in your name, on top of the monthly fee. We never hold your ad spend.
What's the 90-day performance review on Performance and Results?
An optional check-in at 90 days, on your terms, so the system has real runway to compound before any change is made. It's there to give you confidence in the bigger spend, not to lock you in.
